Hi, my name is Matthias Brendler, I am a designer and teacher originally from New York City, currently based in São Paulo. As a designer, understanding and solving client problems is what I do. As a teacher, the approach is the same: it starts with listening to the client, which means you. 

Your English by Design™ is a personalized one-on-one English conversation course that gives you the right words and phrases for what you want to say. We’ll practice starting conversations, leading conference calls, talking tech (apps, big data, social media), outfitting you as an independent traveler or working on whatever is most important to you. In every class I learn more about your world as we work together, helping you to communicate what is important or urgent for you today. As a teacher, I am interested in you. Shall we get started?
