Creative Director, 1999-01: Led the design and development of IA. UX and Visual Design for the first public online social network and had 2.5 million members 7 years before Facebook. Projects spanned its IM, connection engine, a customizable portal, chat, and calendar applications. My key responsibility was to synthesize business objectives and back-end technologies into an enjoyable and flexible user experience. As the site grew, I took an active role in hiring, ultimately managing an 18 person design department. I reported to CCO and CMO.

Digital Senior Designer, 1998-99: BelkMignogna was a medium-sized creative studio focused on brand-creation and web design with expertise in corporate communications and annual reports. Led Concept, IA, UX and Visual Design through production and implementation. Conducted presentations to clients. Directed and mentored junior designers Columbia University, DowJones, MorganStanley, RJRNabisco, PaineWebber and Texaco.

Senior Interactive Designer, 1996-98: SiegelGale is a global branding agency that provides brand experience and design services to companies through the lens of simplicity. I was responsible for taking large complex projects from RFP into design, development and presentation. Led Concept, IA, UX and Visual Design of interactive projects for American Express Financial Direct, Kodak, Nortel, Vanguard Investments and Warren Paper.

Digital And Print Designer, 1995-96: Led design for Arthur Andersen's first website. Won Kodak print account and designed their annual report as well as actively designed and contributed to other projects for key accounts like Harley Davidson.
